Claim Requirements
To ensure your claim is processed efficiently, please provide:
- Photo/Video Evidence: Clear documentation of all damage, taken within 24 hours of checkout
- Pre-Stay Documentation: Photos showing the condition before the guest's arrival (recommended to take before every booking)
- Cost Estimates: Quotes or receipts for repair/replacement costs
- Inventory List: Documentation of missing items with original purchase receipts if available
- Communication Records: Any relevant messages with the guest about the damage
